About Me

I am a 35 year old lover of shoes, handbags and all things fashion. My closet is consumed with fashions and accessories of all shapes, sizes, colors and prices. I do not believe there is a set price to fashion - I am just as happy buying my BCBG heels as I am shopping my local Mall and my go-to store, Kohl's. I love to experiment with fashion and have fun piecing together new looks for all occasions.

My experience in fashion has spanned over 14 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, which was the first fashion school in the United States to showcase at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City. I had the opportunity to intern at the corporate headquarters of Liz Claiborne, Inc. in New York City in 2009 and worked directly under the Director of Product Development for LCI accessories and was able to work alongside the design team headed by Isaac Mizrahi. During that time, I also had the opportunity to meet and discuss fashion with Tim Gunn, who was the Chief Creative Officer of LCI. My career has taken me from Tampa, Florida to New York, New York working for such companies as Victoria's Secret, Macy's, Chico's, Bebe, Tilly's, Banana Republic, Juicy Couture and Gap. My background includes visual work for both the floor and storefront windows, store management and styling.

I believe that everyone has their own unique personal style and can look and feel fabulous. I believe that if an item makes you happy, than by all means, wear it! You make the outfit. The outfit does not make you. Self confidence is key to every fashionable woman out there.

When I'm not playing with fashion, I can be found (almost always) with my large cup of coffee, reading my fashion magazines, doing my yoga and spending quality time with the two loves of my life: my boyfriend Mika and my fabulous shoe collection.
